For airlines
EFTA offers corporate training for ISP, Line Training Captains, and Maintenance Resource
Management. We serve as external training organization for airline personnel and manage the
tracking and booking. Keep your crews in flight – we provide simulator instructors. EFTA
also has the programs mentioned below and are developing other programs due to demand
and client requests.
COMPASS Advanced – Professional Pilot Program (PPP):
The PPP is an effective tool for selecting the best pilots,
both first officers and captains when recruiting. The system may be an effective way, moving
forward, for the company’s best candidates. The system is economical and can be used on or
off location.
Instructor Selection Program (ISP):
The ISP program is an effective tool to identify the best
instructors, ground instructors, type rating instructors, type rating examiners, online training,
and checks for captains. The system is an effective way for the company to find the best
candidates and reduce speculation in human factor.
Crew Evaluation Feedback System (CEFS) – Crew Resource Management (CRM)
According to EU-OPS 1.965, companies must have systems to measure CRM performance
during Operational Proficiency Checks (OPC) and line checks using the result to improve
CRM training. The system provides educators with an effective tool for decision making.
Civil Aviation Authority – CRM Assessment Training
According to EU-OPS 1.965, the performing line checks and OPC are to be trained in CRM
and CRM skills assessment. The course educates line check pilots and how to evaluate CRM
Line-Oriented Flight Training (LOFT) and OPC.
Line Training Captain Course (LTCC)
A LTC prioritizes safety and security creating a proactive and cost-effective cockpit and
flight production environment. Commercial airlines, according to EU-OPS, LTCs must have
relevant line training. EFTA offers a line training courses for captains.
Crew Resource Manager Instructor (CRMI)
EFTA offers a course to train instructors within the CRM concept.
Advanced Instructor Course (AIC)
AIC is a course that further develops experienced instructors and keeps them updated with the
latest advances in training and education.
Maintenance Resource Management (MRM) CRM, technical staff
According to JAR part 145, airlines must have a system for human factor and human factor
improvements. EFTA trains technical staff human factor initial, refresher, and human factor
reporting and monitoring.
